We could not have asked for a better car buying experience than what we received at Beach Buick GMC. I am 57 years old and have purchased at least 10 cars in my lifetime and without a doubt this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Sean Young was the exact salesperson I was praying for. He was not pushy or aggressive. He was very professional and helped me find the exact truck I was looking for. He even spent 1 hour with us when we came back to pick up the truck to show us how to use all of the features. He could have been selling trucks to other buyers but he gave us excellent service the entire process. He even helped us download and set up our GMC app and walked us through the service process at the dealership. We could not be happier. Joe was also very instrumental in helping us with our purchase and it was nice to meet Dallas. Everybody made us feel very welcome and that they appreciated our business.

Was in the service department for a normal oil change for my 2023 Sierra Denali. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I waited in their customer Lounge, very clean and accommodating. Car was ready when promised.

Nick was very nice and worked to make sure we got our vehicle in a timely manner. Joe was great also. Even though there was damage to our Canyon Denali during delivery on the transport truck, Nick is working with the body shop to ensure the truck is fixed correctly. Very nice experience at the dealership.

Did not know there was a drive in service entrance so parked in the back and waited to be seen. Was told an oil change and tire rotation on my new vehicle would be about an hour . After an hour and a half I went back to the service desk and was told “ they had to finish the car before me and it was taken in at noon , but they had to go to lunch “ Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation . I received the car back with greasy fingerprints on the dash glovebox and footmarks on the doors . Not good on a brand new 90K vehicle with white interior . No paper mats on the floor .Glad the carpets were covered with rubber protecting mats !

Service was done promptly and efficiently. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The amount of time that took for my vehicle to be repaired was awful. "The part will be here Monday. The truck . will be Wednesday, car should be ready the after. Well the car was not ready until Thursday after 4:00 p.m."

Alex and Tyler spent time with me explaining the differences in the Sierra 1500 models and features. We looked at several models and they were patient with me as I debated on which model to purchase. I did not feel rushed and I even changed my mind before making the final decision. They supported me throughout the process.

Claudia was our sales representative! She is an asset to your sales team! My experience with purchasing my vehicle was exceptional and it was all because of her! She was pleasant and listened to what I was looking for and took the time to explain everything to me! I definitely will be referring family and friends to see her if they are in need of a vehicle!

He promptly showed us the vehicles that we were interested and explained the difference between them He helped us to make the decision on the Envision. Seemed like forever. I have a 4 wheel drive truck and it’s under warranty. The loaner they gave me was a tiny car and I felt like a small child driving. People were pulling in on me in traffic and was almost hit several times. There seems to be a clicking/tapping noise that was not there before it went in for service. Not sure what it is but I can hear it on the driver side with the window closed.

My spouse and I were down at the beach for a family vacation. We had gotten pre-approved through a bank for a different car from a different dealership before heading out to car shop. The GPS took us to the wrong dealership, but this was a blessing in disguise. Sean worked with us, as first-time car buyers. He made sure that we were comfortable and provided us with all options available to us financially. He let us test drive used and new cars to help us narrow down our search without pressuring us to make a purchase that day. A couple had just finished test driving a GMC Terrain which caught our eye, so we asked Sean if we could take it for a test drive. He told us it was no problem, got the keys, and we had found our match. This car had just come in, and multiple people were taking interest in it. Due to us getting ready to start a family, the car was the perfect fit for us in terms of comfortability, space, and the performance of the engine. After letting Sean know that this car was the one for us, he broke down the financial options while making us feel like family. It didn't stop there; the finance manager did an amazing job as well. He was able to find us a better rate, recommend us the best protection plan for the vehicle, and provided us with scenarios. Looking back at the overall experience, we were meant to visit this dealership because everything aligned perfectly. We love our new car and will definitely be sending other people looking to purchase a car Sean's way.

Everything was really a great experience except the detail of car. I know that I am particular about a clean car but that was a terrible detail. Some one needs to show them how to detail a car and it will help improve a new car experience for most people.

I came in for an oil change/tire rotation and a problem with hands free calling. My voice was garbled to the person I was calling to but I could clearly hear them. I arrived 10 minutes early and after checking in, I went to the waiting room. After 2 1/2 hours, I walked back to the Service Desk only to find my truck sitting in the Exit Bay ready to go. How long it had been sitting there, I don’t know. No one had said a word to me. Waited for the Service person to acknowledge me and asked if my truck was done. She said “yes, then wait a minute. I need to get someone to perform an update. It’s going to take a while, we’re having internet problems.” So I went back to the waiting and after 40 minutes, I went back to the Service Desk to find out whats going on. She told me she didn’t know how long it was going to take and asked if I wanted to get a ride home. I said No, I want my truck finished. She seemed aggravated with me and everyone like me who was standing around waiting for their vehicle, occasionally muttering cuss words under her breath. I was not about to go back to the waiting room and I decided to stand there quietly and wait. The other woman Service Advisor got in a verbal altercation with another customer which I thought was handled very unprofessionally. After the customer left, the Service Advisor was bad mouthing them, also cussing and complaining to my Service Advisor about the customer. They conversed back and forth while I and other customers were standing there. It was obvious to me that if I left the desk, I would be the next subject of their dissatisfaction. After 4 1/4 hours, they brought my truck up and said it was ready. I asked if the update fixed my phone issue and I was told Yes. When I got in my truck, I made a phone call and the problem WAS NOT FIXED. Back to the aggravated Service Advisor, who told me to go back to the waiting room. I told her NO, that I would make another appointment. I am not happy how I was treated and how I saw other customers being treated. Everyone has a bad day but this was unacceptable. I’ll take my truck (which I bought there at Beach Buick GMC) somewhere else where Customers are treated with respect.

As usual, the Service Department staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Also, the cashier was personable and friendly and made checking out a breeze. Overall very satisfied.

My service advisor Neil Devanna was very unprofessional. I took my car there for a oil change and he offer a recommended service which I understand is something he must tell me. But when I declined the service he grabbed the paper from my hand and said very sarcastically "don't worry about it, don't worry about it, it's fine" Then he slammed the paper down in front of me and just rolled his eyes at me. I was left standing there wondering if there was anything else I needed to do as he didn't even say goodbye, see you soon...nothing. He was so rude I was stunned and it took me a minute to realize what his problem was. I'm assuming they get commission for selling the additional services but this is no way to treat customers. I have always had a great experience at Beach Buick but I will not come back with Neil there. I would rather drive the extra miles on 501 in the traffic and go to Hadwin White Buick for my services. Also when I went back to pick up my car he ignored me and I had to walk to the back parking lot to get my car which took me 15 minutes to find. I mention this to the lady taking payment and she said he was new. He should not be in customer service. Thanks for the survey. Joey Barker

I asked for an oil change and to check to see why there was a swooshing noise in the dashboard area. That noise started after I had a coolant flush and thermostat replacement January of this year. The oil change went fine but the advisor said I would have to make a new appointment to check out what was causing the swooshing noise. So that will be another trip back.

An oil change shouldn't require me to spend over an hour in your wait room. Also, other dealerships washed my vehicle before returning it to me and removed the paper mats. And, if I do have a consultant or customer service person, I have never heard from them. My car told me to get the oil changed.

Service was scheduled for an oil change a week+ ahead of time for 1PM. My husband needed the rim from an original tire put on the spare because we suddenly got a random split in the sidewall of a brand-new tire. We purchased our truck less than 6 months ago. Nothing else "extra" was asked of the techs aside from the tire rim swap & apparently a balancing was needed to be done manually as the "machine was down" (?). With that being said, my husband sat in the waiting room for over FOUR hours. After the grueling 4 hours the LOW OIL LIGHT came on after only driving a mile down the road, so my husband had to go BACK. He was informed that only a very small amount of oil was put in our truck. The entire service: amount of time waiting, quality of work, etc. was absolutely TERRIBLE.

My fuel pump sensor went bad I got my truck to them around noon and they had it ready the next morning l appreciate the fast service

I’ve called Tyler a few times on other vehicles, and really appreciated how I was treated. When I saw the vehicle we ended up purchasing online, I called Tyler to inquire if it was still onsite. Tyler was yet again quick to respond, very professional, direct and just all around pleasant to work with. The service call was fine but I am amazed in this day and age a modern business can't get wifi working. When I bought my car in March it didn't work and now in July it still doesn't.

After a lengthy process (about 18 months) evaluating various brands and models, and several visits and conversations with the personnel (thank you for your patience) at Beach Buick GMC, I finally decided on a Buick Envista Avenir. While this didn't meet all of my requirements, I felt it would serve well as a transitional vehicle until the industry sorts out the hybrid EV and full EV technology. Buick is about to introduce a full EV, the Electra E5, in China and I expect this model to come to the states next year. Meanwhile I feel that Buick is making some of the best value near-luxury SUV's currently on the market. The transaction with Beach went smoothly. Since the Envista is Buick's highest demand model, I don't feel I got the best deal, but I did walk (actually drive) away satisfied.

Routine oil change and tire rotation. Had to replace air filter and cabin filter for $150.00 (Wow!!).

Helpful before, during and after the sale

I had an appt for an oil change and to check on getting the upper trunk compartment for convertible top fixed. The oil change went well. I asked how much it would be to get the upper compartment fixed (it would not stay up when top is up to provide more trunk space). I showed them what was not working and wanted the price to determine if I got it fixed that day or to make an appt next month. The upper compartment is all one component which needed to be replaced. It turned out that the part is not available so I was not able to get it fixed. The issue I have is that I was charged a $129 diagnostic fee which added over $140 (fee plus shop fee) to my bill. I showed them what was wrong and all they had to do was quote me a price to fix it. At no point of talking with 3 different staff before and during this appt did any of them state there would be a diagnostic fee charged. I have gone there for about 5 yrs and have always given them an excellent review because the staff have always been courteous, helpful and professional. To this point I trusted this dealership and was really thinking about a new car that I looked at during the appt. After this experience that trust is gone and I will not be going back to this dealership. Very disappointed.

Purchasing a vehicle is stressful and most sales persons are pushy and make us feel uncomfortable, not Dante. Dante made this and our prior lease experience comfortable, informative and easy. Bill is hard to understand as near as I can see the Oil & Filter were $89.99 High but oh well The cabin filter was $79.95 Ghastly !!!!!!! AND $11.20 for ?? CUSTOMER PAY SHOP CHARGE FOR REPAIR ORDER ?????????? WHAT ???? No need to explain now I won't be back

Unfortunately this dealership has the tightest entrance to the service area. Cars blocked entrance when I arrived, had to park in front of the showroom. When service was complete, I could not get out of the service bay because 3 cars were blocking the driveway. Purchased my car in February and the service team has made several attempts to contact me about getting the oil changed. I normally do not go the the full amount of miles between changes but after several months I get it changed. Last call I got from the service dept. they said I should bring it in, no telling how long the oil was in the car before I bought it, so I made an appointment. When I arrived I had to stand in line to see a service agent. Then the agent told me I really didn't need an oil change because I only had 2500 miles and had not owned the car for a year. I explained that the service dept keeps calling and sending emails to get it changed. He just laughed and said yeah that's what they do ! He gave me a choice to cancel the apt or wait for the service to be completed. I chose to have the service completed. After 45 minutes the car was ready but the service agent reminded me of their rule of 5,000 miles or one year. So I guess we'll see you next year.

I just wanted to let you know that I noticed a few very fine scratches on the glossy black pillar trim between the doors of my new 2026 Yukon Elevation. They’re only visible under direct light, but since I just purchased the vehicle last week, I wanted to document it and see if your service or detail department could take a look. I haven’t tried to polish or treat it myself — just wanted to check with you first to make sure it’s handled properly under the new-vehicle warranty or as a courtesy. I like the car a lot, and Tristan was very helpful, but upon delivery there were also a few scratches on the back of the console in the back seat. That’s a lot of money to be spending on a car that gets delivered to you with scratches. — Robbie Safa 843 274 4226
